Line Item gets deleted in Bulk Request with Request Type:Upgrade

Hi All,

My customer is using the Bulk Request with Request Type:Upgrade to change the Price Plan of Assets. Bulk request is getting created successfully and further quote creation. However in the new quote which is created due to unknown/unidentified reason thechild products missing at quote line item level from both old plan and the upgrade plan.  The records are getting deleted. Ideally if there is any issue with product structure the Quote Items should have action code as 'Delete" and not get completed deleted from the Database.

Any pointers as to what might be causing this issue.
