Customer Master City and State are in Upper Cases

Hi,
When we enter the postal code for US
addresses in Customer Master in the HQ & Houston set of books the
city, State and County is autofilled in CAPS. Is there a way that the
city, State and County be autofilled in upper and lower cases?
