How to Navigate to Task details page & appointment Page

Hello,

I have created a report to show the Activities for system user for example when user "abc" logs in he should be able to see the activities where he is the owner. The reports shows the correct data and I am able to populate the same through web applet on Detail Page of Record type. I also need a link on each record type which when clicked by user it should take him to the detail page of the record .for example if clicked on task it should take the user to task detail page and if clicked on Appointment it
