Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. W.r.t to the metalink notes: R12: How To create read only responsibility [ID 1290228.1]

I want to know if it is possible to do the same for web pages (e.g making Accounting set up manager in GL module) also or not?If yes, then how?
