Ship Confirm - Confirm Delivery Form - Ship Confirm Rule to appear by default?

Hello group,

when performing the ship confirm, I would like that our only Ship Confirm Rule that we defined arrived by default.

Right now, everytime they performed ship confirm, this rule needs to be selected, and we want to eleminate this.

We want this rule to appear by default when we arrive in this screen.

Let me know if this is possible.
