Rapid install skip the language setting step

Hi,

in order to upgrade 11i to 12.1.1, i created the upgrade file system with rapid install. But i missed the port pool number.

so, i deleted the this upgrade file system then i tried to recreate it again with rapid install.

this time, the apid install wizard skip the language setting step that i can't set the character set and the language properly.

i really apreciate your help to resolve this issue.
