Collections functionality

 We are currently planning our upgrade from 11.5.9 to R12.1.3.

The Collections functionality in R11.5.9 has been shifted to Advanced Collections module in R12.1.3.

1) If we Upgrade, Do we need to do the setups for collection from scratch. Or the Upgrade process will take care of that?

We are currently using Dunning letter sets. And we use the generate the Dunning program to genrate the DUnning letters. If we upgrade will the Duning letter functionality inR11.5.9 will automatically upgrade to Dunning Plans in Advanced Collections R12.1.3
