Consolidation data from secondary ledger

We have been observing on daily basis that data consolidate from STAR ledger to CORPORATE ledger  take approximately 1 and half hour to complete. Whereas data consolidate from TIME ledger to CORPORATE ledger  take 5 to 7 minutes.  Your assistance required in this regard why there is so major difference in timing?
