Difference between Script PX and Java PX in Agile 93

Hi,

I understand that Script pxs are used for prototyping, simple operations and test deriven developments.But I am not able to correlate the use of script px when compared to java px in real time, because we can achieve the same task in agile from both Java Px and Script PX. I am not able to understand when to use script px and when to use java px. If anyone has any idea on this please share and also share pros/cons of using java and script pxs with real time examples.
