How to implement Tax on Tax in postpaid rating?

 Hi All,

I read that BRM supports Tax on Tax while going through the taxcodes_map file. But I'm not sure how to do it. Should I use two FCT_Taxation plugins  or should I customize the TaxCalc iscript to take in two codes and calculate taxes. Or is there a better way of doing it. Can someone please explain.
