Allocation Rule problem

I've created an Allocation Rule to distribute cost from one project to another.Basis Method is 'Spread evenly', Expenditure Type Class is 'Miscellaneous Transaction' and Auto release option is checked. PRC: Generate Allocations Transactions request completed normal but when I view the transaction in Expenditure Inquiry window, only quantity field is populated and has the transfered value, burdened cost is null.Only transaction raw cost has the transferred value.It's OK or there's something wrong in my setup?
