Federal R12.1.3 - Lots of seeded Journal Line Types missing compare with previous versions (R12.0.6

Hi, we are working on R12.1.3 and I configuring SLA for Federal financials modules. I use to see about 28 seeded JLTs for PO in R12.0.6 and now I am only seeing 8 (seeded). Some of the JLTs

FV PO Commitment

FV PO Re-Res Oblig - Unpaid

FV PO Un-Res Oblig - Unpaid

FV PO Unpaid Obligation

Did you see the same in your 12.1.3 installation? Any help will be appreciated. I have a SR with Oracle and that is not going anywhere. I have same issue with AP SLA JLTs also.
