Report Manager - Publishing Report Sets

Upgrading to Report Manager in 11.5.10.  When publishing a report set, I would expect to be able to publish all the FSG's in my report set at once.  Instead, I have to click on each report and publish them individually.  This is different than the desktop client ADI.  Is the functionality not there in Report Manager?
