Item Supply / Demand >> 'CURRENT ON HAND’ <> ‘Available Quantity’

Hi,

Product version / release is R12.1.3

It is observed that 'Item Supply / Demand' is not showing correct Stock for an Inventory Items. What can be a reason for the difference? Any Idea to know and correct the situation.

On MOS there is a BUG-NOTE (Bug 12420821: CURRENT ON HAND QTY NOT SHOWING CORRECTLY IN ITEM SUPPLY/DEMAND FORM.), which refers to the earlier version 11.5.10.2.
