Requisition BSFN for Updating Requisition Tables

Can anyone help ?  I am looking for some help with regards to updating a saved Requisition via a standard MBF or BSFN with specific data (ie, AN8, ITM, LITM, AITM, DSC1&2, PPRC, CRCD, UORG and AEXP). This data has been accredited by an external company from JDE and is interfaced to JDE, it then needs to be Updated to the Requisition Header/Detail tables (F43E01/F43E11).

I have found a BSFN (B43E0001) but it has no documentation associated with it so I am not sure if this will help my cause.

Any help in this regars would be greatly appreciated.
