Upgrading Siebel CRM address data for a SEA to SIA migration (Siebel eBusiness application version 8

The following was noticed in such Siebel upgrade context:
1. Documentation is different for the following sections in the Siebel Database Upgrade Guide:



The last Siebel Database Upgrade guide (Rev. C) available on My Oracle Support (Doc ID 1351893.1) says that these sections do apply to upgrades from Siebel CRM version 8.0 SEA to Siebel CRM version 8.0 SIA and no other later Siebel versions.
However previous Siebel Database Upgrade guides, released earlier mention that these aspects are also applicable for Siebel CRM version 8.1 SEA to Siebel CRM version 8.1 SIA upgrades. The two guides I am referring to are:
