Re-routing claim approvals when employees leave the company

We leverage Trade Management for claim approvals.  We have an issue when an employee leaves the organization, the claims are stuck in process.  I am sure there must be a way re-route these claims for approvals.  Looking forward to the experts in the community to suggest solution to this issue.
