Company Aquisition and setup in R12

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) Question
Recently we acquired a company and would like to setup in R12 GL.

we only own 50.1% of currently.  Based on that, how does Oracle suggest we set up the non-controlling interest Net Income reduction line and related equity component?

Any information would be appreciated.
