RMA Order Lines closing straight after booking
Our set ups for TT and WF are fine.
We found out that the issue was related to the fact that the Configuration item was NO longer active. After reactivating it, we were able to process a new RMA order as normal.
My question is :
Since Config item is not active, how could booking happen? Is there a way to prevent booking when an item is identified as DEACTIVATED? Processing constraints?
