Define a 'delivery to' location for each opearation in a set of operations performed in one Departme

Several operations are performed in one department. Some operations run in parallel other do not.
As material is completed at the end of each operation it is moved to a staging area.
The move is done by material handlers and the move ticket needs to contain the name of the staging area.
When all the operations are completed in the department and the materials are in the staging area,
the next department on the routing begins its operations and consumes the material in the staging area.
Has anyone worked through this type of a process?
What is the best way to identify the staging area to the individual operartions, so that it can be printed on the move ticket?
