PPR - terminate icon active even though all PIs in the PPR are complete

Hi

I think the above situation is normal, but can someone confirm it please:  the Terminate icon is active for a PPR which contains only one payment instruction, which is itself complete.

When clicking on Terminate we get the message:  Error:  Payment Process Request cannot be terminated because one or more associated payment instructions cannot be terminated

This makes sense of course.  I am just wondering if the icon should be active though.
