Some batches from Sales Update (P42800) did not post because of an unexpected GL Offset.

Here is a list of where sales update finds the GL offsets (AKA GL Class Codes) that it uses. You will find the unexpected GL Offset in one of them.

Item/Location Information. Inquire on the item in Item Branch/Plant Information (03/G4111) and then press F11. Each location can have a different GL Class Code.

  1. Customer Master (15/G0311) of the Sold-To.
  2. Tax Rates & Areas (22/G0021).
  3. If you are using Advanced Pricing: Price Adjustment Definitions (03/G42311)
