Email not going out from or in to Brigthware
Our inbound and outbound emails were working fine for the past few years. But recently we are seeing surge in our inbound emails due to our merger with the other company. The high inflow of emails is affecting our agents who have got backlogged responding to our customer requests. Adding to this, Brightware is not retrieving our inbox emails and also not sending agents response. Appreciate your help in resolving our email crisis.
