Internal Sales Orders Fail With Error EX..IN INTORD...QUERYING

hi all,

The issue transaction for an Internal Sales Order is stuck in Inventory Interface table (MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE) with the following error:

Ex.. in INTORD...querying PO_REQUISITION_LINES_ALL..:oracle.apps.inv.transaction.utilities.InvTrxException

i checked everything (item setup, MTL_SUPPLY table, daly rates...etc)

if you have any idea how this can be resolved it will be much apreciated
