AR - Is there a way to resend a Remittance Batch manually?

When we submitted our Remittance Batch to PayPal yesterday, the connection between Oracle and PayPal went down before the process was complete.  Only a portion of the credit card payments went through.  Is there any way to see the batch and push it through manually? 

Any recommendations (with navigation) would be very appreciated.
