Intercompany Invoice generation

My client wants to move goods betwen two warehouse and to meet local legal requirement would need a sales invoice when the goods are moved from one ware house to the other within the same operating unit.

is it possible to have an sales invoice when product is shipped from one ware house to other within the same OU.
