OAB - How to suspend enrollment in one plan depending on enrollment in other plan

Hello All,

We are on 11.5.10 and have one OAB question.

Is it possible to suspend an enrollment for one plan (plan type A) based on his/her election choice for a plan in another plan type B?

We have 2 plans, "Optional Life" and "Spouse Optional Life". If Employee doesn't enroll in "Optional Life" plan, and tries to enroll in "Spouse Optional Life" plan, then we want to suspend enrollment for "Spouse Life".

I couldn't find any place to write fast formula or couldn't find any suspend enrollment code which satifes our requirement. could you please let me know what formula type can be used for this purpose?
