hi Guys , please help me out with this error "FRM 40654 error record has been updated requery block to see error message"

I had followed the note id 1203796.1 and used the scripts mentioned in the note id like "PRH" and "PRL"

The user has a raised non catalog request from Iprocurement and added a  new line in core purchasing forms and

wants to update it I even tried to run after_check.sql file but still the error is repeating .  I also trimmed columns

that are having lengthy decription at both header and line level.  guys please help me out with this issue
