How to use SLA to amend segment values on the Tax Account?

I need some help with an accounting scenario, I hope you can help.

 

How can we achieve a solution to the scenario below? Can be achieved using SLA? Can it be achieved using the standard configuration facilities in SLA or do we need to have code written to achieve it?

 

Scenario:

We have a Payables Invoice with three distribution lines:

 

Accounting Class                        Account

Item Expense                              10.011001.000.0000.000.0000.0000.4.111010101.0.22

Recoverable Tax                         10.058095.110.0000.000.0000.0000.1.879030999.9.81

Liability                                         10.000000.000.0000.000.0000.0000.1.979052999.9.00

 

The account for the Recoverable Tax comes from the Recovery Rate in ETax. The invoice is validated but not yet accounted, i.e. the SLA has not yet been run.
