Move an EBS on another serveur and upgrade the database

Hello,

Present context:  EBS 11.5.10.2, oracle 10.2.0.4   on Sun SPARC 5.9

Aim: install EBS 11.5.10.2, oracle 10.2.0.4   on a new server Sun SPARC 5.10 and upgrade oracle to 11gR2.

Which scenario is possible?

1. Install a new kernel oracle 11gR2 on the new server, transfert datafiles and all EBS files from the old server on the new server and upgrade the database.

       But is it ok? Could we have issues with EBS not recompiled (Java, libraries, ...)??

2. Install a new kernel oracle 11gR2  AND a new EBS 11.5.10.2 on the new server, transfert datafiles, upgrade the database and ....? What to do to restore EBS?
