Grouping Service Requests
Up til now, pretty much everyone on my CRM can see all records.
But now I have a small group who wants to be able to track their service requests separately. What is the best way for me to accomplish this?
I can figure a few ways to do it with reports, but I wanted to create some lists for them too. I didn't know if TEAMS or BOOKS would help me here.
Any advice?
