US PAY: Overlimit Report Vs. Unacceptable Tax Balance Report

Since the FUTA decreased to .6 the Unaccpetable Tax Balance report is saying "FUTA ER Liability does not = .6% of FUTA ER Taxable Balance".  I have entered .6 in the FUTA override in the Federal Tax Rules.  When I run the Overlimit Report, FUTA does not appear on the report..  We are on 11.5.10.
