Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. while trying to assign equipment we get the following message:" Shipment GB.XXXX has no Shipment Equipments with equipment type assigned. If it is a relay or multi-leg shipment, you may select its upstream shipment to perform the action. "

already tried using the default planing parameter and still getting the same error
