Run oracle form in developer suite

I have oracle developer suite, form builder 10.1.2.0.2.

I started OC4J Instance, and try to run an oracle form loaded in form builder with connection to DB, but got error.

The IE shows ORACLE FORMS. and then pop up a message box, Date Execution Prevention - Microsoft Windows, "To help protect your computer, Windows has closed this program." , Tow choices are Change Setting and Close Message.

It is on Windows XP machine, Data Execution Prevention is setup "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select: Internet Explorer
