RAC 10g with 11g CRS

Would it be possible to have 10g database using 11G CRS? I have a 2 node 10.2.0.5 RAC database with ASM and I have rather stringent constraints about the downtime I can take in one piece. I am considering doing the upgrade to 11.2.0.3 in two steps: CRS and ASM  on one weekend and then the database itself on the next weekend. The database is rather large, 8.5TB. The problem is that if I do CRS on one weekend and the database on the next, the database would have to run for a week, as a RAC database, using 10.2.0.5
