FDA - modifying W0911A Journal Entry

Hi I have limited development experience. My background is functional but I keep getting involved in little customization projects. I am trying to improve our year-end accrual process. I have copied P0911 and created a custom object. I have added fields to the grid that will help us cross reference and report on the accrual entries. I have added Tax/Service Date, Address Number (for the supplier), Invoice Number and Invoice Date. The Tax/Servie Date and Address Number fields are being recorded correctly to the F0911 upon clicking OK. The  Invoice Number and Invoice Date values are lost. I have tried various
