Temp tablespace issue

Hi,

One of my oracle production database jobs are getting failed with following error message.

I am still using oracle 9i on aix5.3L. Database size is 419G and temp tablespace size is 64G.

Two weeks back temp tablespace size was 32G and job was working fine. Last week we deployed new release for application code. Since then I am experiancing this issue.  Could anyone help me to find ou the root cause for this issue?

ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace TEMP
