User submitted jobs in waiting

Hi,

In case of 1 user a peculiar problem has been noticed. After the user changes JDE password the jobs submitted by the user go in waiting. At the AS400 back end the job is not found. Has anybody come across such a case. If IT administrator changes the password it goes through fine and reports submitted go through normal process. We are using Oneworld Xe SP23.

Please let me know if anyone has come across such a problem or/and has a solution for the same.
