I'm getting a lot of messages as shown below, the instance has started slowing down

System Configuration: Sun Microsystems sun4u Sun SPARC Enterprise M8000 Server

4 CPU Quad core Memory size: 163840 Megabytes

Operating System: Solaris 10

Database Release 11.2.0.1.0 Production 64 bit
Total System Global Area 8587542528 bytes
