R12.1.3 Upgrade : Important Links & Note to go through before starting the Upgrade !

 I have attempted consolidated the documents which one need to go through, part of the '12.x Upgrade Assessment Program'. I have provided in-line comments. This will give insight into it.  

 Listed few documents that one need to review before upgrade For example "12.1 Value Propositions" and "Upgrade vs. Reimplementation". This will give you insight into 12 assessment.There are lots of "Web-cast Archived Recordings" to make the upgrade easier. I want you to see that make the upgrade easier. You can use Maintenance Wizard tool that helps to reduce upgrade tasks.These comparison reports can assist You reviewing changes prior to an upgrade to
