descriptive flexfield in AP and GL

Hi I created the descriptive flexfield, the question is that in GL, after validate journals, the differents fields became disabled so we can't make any changes, whitch is not the same in AP and CHEKS, after validate and posting, the differents fields are enabled, we can make any changes ? you can check the file uploaded.
