SUN 6140 maximum queue outstanding commands

Hello,
I´m trying to tunne fine a SUN Qlogic HBA with Sun 6140 Storage, now I want to set correctly Execution Throttle, but to set it I need know how many  outstanding commands supports 6140 queue.

Now I have set 16 by default,  I think i have to configure 64 o 128 ... it is ok?

I have some delays in accessing to some volumes, the average accesing to disk is 0,038 S I think it is a litle bit high for a 8 FC disk in raid 10 and i think it can improve it seting up
