11.2.0.1 on W2K8 R2 : creating a database with same global name and SID

Hi,Assuming that on a network I've got a server S1 with a database server DB1 (global db name and sid)
Is there a risk to create a database server with the same global db name and sid on a server S2 (on the same network)?
