Report of non-moving items with stock quantites

 I have tried to look for a report that contains information about non-moving items. That is, items with stock quantity but without an outgoing transaction (like material issue or ship confirmation) within a certain defined period.Can anybody give me a direction to search for? So far nothing found on the knowledge garden about this topic.
