The Latest EBS CRM Service Patching - Where to Find and Why it is Important
A common issue we see across the Service Suite are understanding the EBS CRM Service methodology to patching.
At the core of the Service patching philosophy is to get each product to a month-labeled release where that release contains the fixes of all previous month-labeled releases. This is importnat because:
- Integration with other Products, both within Service (Contact Center, iSupport, etc) and related products (Contracts, Order Management, etc).
- Raising Service Requests on issues that have already been resolved.
- Raising subsequent Service Requests on issues that have already been resolved.
- Newly raised bugs are going to be raised and corrected against latest versions of the ‘build’.
