Install OEM 11g or 12c? - have existing OEM 10.2.0.3 OMS running production - going to build new env

I have an existing OEM 10g (10.2.0.3 OMS - 10.2.0.5 agents) env running production rman backups and monitoring.  As opposed to upgrading OEM I was going to build a new OEM env on a new server.

I downloaded all of the OEM 11g zips to build a new OEM Grid env last week.  Including 11gR2 DB and WLS 10.3 zips.  Now as of today Oracle is announcing OEM 12c.  The 12c zips are there to download.  Should i build OEM with 12c if starting out fresh?  I see and have found the OEM 11g docs to install OEM.  Dont see any docs for OEM 12c yet.   I also don't have any need to manage oracle cloud infrastructure.  But don't want to install OEM 11g if it's going to be obsoleted soon.   Any suggestions?
