Depreciation run hangs in 12.1.3

Hi
Depreciation run concurrent program hangs in 12.1.3. When i saw the sid of concurrent request sql text, it shows no rows. But the sesion is active. Does it spawn any other requests?
what could be the reason it taking more than 72 hours without completion?
