P6 R8.1: Maintain Baseline SEVERE log errors

What are recommendations to avoid issues with the Maintain Baseline function.

We have an issue where we can not maintain our baselines, Oracle support does not know what is causing this and the more I try, the more I think it's data related as opposed to our new setup.  We are on EPPM 8.1.
