Not able to perform Pick Release

Hi,

I am not able to perform pick release for an order, reason I could see is which I check the Availabilty for that order, I see "Request Date Qty is 0" and "Available Date is 16-NOV-2011 23:59:00".

But there is On hand quantity available for that Item in respect org.

Can anyone help me in understanding the issue?
