Smart View and Office 2010

 Advice please!
We are using HFM 9.3.3 with SV 9.3.3 and Excel 11 (Office 2003).  Some of our users are trying Excel 14 (Office 2010) but get an error message when refreshing "One of more sheet(s) in the workbook are protected. please unprotect the sheets and try the operation again."

Is there a later version of SV that resolves this issue and still works with HFM 9.3.3?  If so, does it work okay with Excel 11 and later?
